When a person celebrates his/her birthday, people would often say that he/she should eat some kind of noodle for long life. That is why pancit is one of the dishes most often cooked during birthday celebrations in the Philippines.

That is, if you're not used to having siling labuyo in what you are eating. Now this dish is something that (most) Bicolanos love.

We just love roads. And while traveling through this one in Bulan, Sorsogon, we decided that it would be great to have a photo taken here. And so we told the tricycle driver to take a stop because we needed to do just what we needed to do.
